Aquatic animals are ALL temporarily amphibious until we get an aquatic animal pathing system set up. Enjoy the weirdness! They're mutant animals after all :D

Small fix to pustule hornets and fenrid stoats

Mutapox from vials now begins at 1%

Mutapox vial no longer gives mutapox at 75% progress.

Mutapox now shows up as a normal disease event
