JSRS softcompat update

-Added JSRS soft compat for XM-8 and overall Atlas G36

-Added many UI icons(Thank you, Axle!)
-Small loadout changes.
-RCMP Campaign hat.
-RCMP-style retexture using Parade Uniform.

Added whole 30 rounders pool to Car-97 magwell.
Added weapons and ammo to the vehicles
Added Emerald Dragon Group, Chinese PMC.
Added basic groups for the EDG.
