more minor fixes to some hairs




Fennex Has received Hair pyshics Movement
re-rigged Fennex to B42 Ava.
Fennex Hair compat is Significantly better.
(no more bald spot with bandana's too on fennex)

Goal / Plan Re-Orientation to New Paradigm Added [/b]
All hairs are made on that mod.

- Many New Hairs & Fixes Added ~

- CHANGES!

vanilla 15% Model / Fitment Buffer when making hairs has been deprecated.
All hair is no longer scaled to vanilla Female.

A New Paradigm
All Hair is Now Scaled to this Body Mod Standard.
it always was actually. the change is more now that there is no longer a 15% buffer on hairs made.
this means they will now likely only have perfect fit on New Paradigm
