Changes:
Will from now on use this for update logs.
Mk-18 replaced with APC9K modded
the APC9K is now used by:
Guards
MARSOC Operatives will now randomly spawn with either the AssaultRifle or the shotgun (Tribute to prisonpanda on the PA discord)
Dog handlers now carry M4s instead of shotguns to reduce lethality
the M249 SAW was replaced with the M240L
Fixes:
deleted "nwordpass" as a object within materials.txt
fixed ArmedGuard pathing causing them to trample innocent citizens
Deletes:
Deleted a deranged pyromaniac guard from randomly appearing and commiting arson
