Updated zone bounds, challenge scan, and lowered active unit count to 14.

Added another locked workshop orb. Defeat all the guards to repower the ruin and unlock the first orb bunch. Added an artifact thing to the center of the level. Also did a visual overhaul of the whole place. Removed shadows so performance should be better too.
