More starting Ammo as battles are longer

Increased player starting manpower to 7000.

Lots of improvements.
More enemy's more challenging.
I feel this is the REAL Conquest Hard now and complete.

Increased Enemy AI Veterancy for 2 star and 3 star missions.
Increased Enemy resource sizes for all levels.


Increased amount of stages cp so you can have more troops in battle.
Reduced amount of payback for dead units so you suffer more on conquest campaign.
Reduced enemy salvage to 0.5 of there worth (to stop you cheating manpower, you shouldn't touch enemy junk)


This update makes it more risky and harder fighting 2 star and 3 star missions.
