commented out the possibility of the Compound Mission for Scientist and Engineer. Advent wouldn't put civilians in those highly defended cells

duplicate key index fix

added a schedule for the HIVE Covert Escape for Force Levels 1-4

commented out the TLE missions here
they are added in my TLE missions anyways, and there are also encounter changes in play to have them play nicely with a campaign
i did forget to comment it out
