-Fixed black face on Workers Town sewer
-Small visual changes on the normal neighbourhood asphalt
-Slightly increased render distance for some props
-Floating lamp is now fixed to wall
-Added cliping to some spots
-Blocked a minor passage
-Added soundscape trigger for when you drop down to the subway from the glass ceiling
