-Rotary cannon may now start firing very fast even when starting. (P.S. when using fixitems, it does not spawn bullets inside the magazine leading to the same problem prior to this update with erroneous fire rate and needing to click twice in a row to get it to fire properly)

-Added a rotary cannon, enjoy, if you can find the error as to why it goes slow firing sometimes when starting up, tell me so I can fix it and you guys can have fast firing at the start.

-updates to particle sprites for all ammo
-piercing shot now also has sparking particles for hits
-buffed fragmentation radius for APSC shots
-buffed explosion radius for HE-DP shots
-tightened fragmentation spray of HE-PF shots
-updated loader sprite
-plugged the gap between the two pulse laser shields I used in the base
-error fixed with the submarine weapon autoloader swap.
