Added new mission "Strike on the America" as well as removed _data folders for missions while I investigate whether or not briefings work with steam workshop mods.

Changed some parameters within the triggers to try to get them to work properly

Changed victory triggers in Amphibous Landing on Sector Obama to exit mission to avoid possible player confusion

Added a new trigger that serves as the mission briefing while I figure out how to get actual mission briefings to work.
