Fixed percentage of powerbanks not properly updating for multiplayer clients when inventory screen is open while the recharge happens.

Changed thumb.jpg to use image with the new (fixed) LG charging station

Ended up modeling the outer shell of the large grid charging station (programmer art but at least it now looks kinda right)
