Updated the 20MM Chain-gun to deal a bit more base damage to increase it's effectiveness against large grid blocks.
*Please note: the chain-gun is still primarily intended for small grid/asteroids.*

Progression should now be working.

Removed the research tree files while I figure out how to fix the progression tree after adding vanilla weapons back.
