Changed Launcher Pop-Up name from "Rastrub" to "URPK" to better reflect the launcher's dual use purpose for both the Rastrub and Metel-U Missiles.

Added GRAU Designations for the pop-up when hovering over weapon name on the bottom weapon selection bar.

Changed Cover Picture to something of higher quality.

Added GRAU Index to SAM Sites and AShM Batteries.

Removed unwanted space after S-300F and S-200. Also Removed redundant "Vympel" name after AAM missiles. Vympel is the design bureau and as such the name would appear for most AAM missiles.

Added _info file so the mod appeards correctly in the In-Game Mod Manager.
