Made Ralsei's little tail wag.

Also made his exhale a toggleable feature.

Might do that with a lot of the other stuff too, thinking of making options for different audio visualizers if you're not a fan of the particle one.

fixed up the audio particle visualization system to not be so extra

just trust me it looks better now

might make it rain outside the window so (maybe) expect another update soon
