Made the skatemap unbreakable

Removed debug code that made everymap unbreakable

Update:

- Added skate to spawn menu
- Added new sharper turn option
- Mod will auto clear cache if it takes up too much
- New clear cache button in the menu

- Fix: under some circumstances the player would stop grabing the board

Edges now autocache on start
