Changed minor scripting for Vest Upgrade Overhaul mod.

1.28 DayZ Update

- Slight adjustment to ground models for compatibility with new Vest Upgrade mod
- Civie Rifle Sling now goes into either shoulder slot
- Adjusted weights of all vests to be more inline with Vanilla Plate Carrier

- Front Rifle Sling can no longer go into Cargo with weapon attached

+ WW2 Vest causing crashes due to missing selection

+ Coats no longer change size when wearing a Vest
+ Vests now change size depending on type of coat worn
+ 6B25 vests cannot be worn with a coat
+ Police Vests cannot be worn with a coat
+ Coats now include an undershirt and will hide player body when worn without a shirt
+ Upgraded Armband now includes Patch - Texture of this item has now changed


+ Female Winter Coat model having strange LOD position

+ Added Assault Vest

+ Added Attachments to all backpacks

+ Updated Backpack ground models and holding animations

Reverted to older version due to tools issuse.
