-Split Config.xml into 2 files. New file ConfigSettings.xml will have most world/server settings. Old file Config.xml will have backup of all solar system info.
-Save system changed so that Config.xml is mostly redundant. All solar system info will be saved in Sandbox.sbc.
-Config.xml is now only used for transparency and explicit offline edits to the world.
-Attempted fix of save serialization error that caused solar system info to be lost and Config.xml to reset.

-Lowered default spawn range of voxel planets from 3 -> 30 ls to 2 -> 4 ls.
-Attempted fix of crash in ConvertProxyVelToReal().
-Darkened the texture of Europa's proxy slightly.
-Fixed new proxy definitions being able to read cloud defs from other mods.

-Replaced default EarthLike and Alien planet skins with ones based on "Seams Fixed 2.0" planets because the biome seams look awful from space. The pure vanilla skins are still available under "EarthLike(Vanilla)" and "Alien(Vanilla)".

-Converted Config to index planets by "StorageName" rather than "Name".
-Planet names will now be written to their "Name" property so that spawn points will have more meaningful names.

-Added option to change planet rotation offset (time of day).
-Added option to reassign planet proxy visuals to any defined proxy.
-Reorganized some of the terrestrial planet options under a new menu category.
-Slowed default planet orbit speed significantly.
-Changed default planet orbit offset to progress in a spiral.
-Changed default planet orbit radius to increase relative to the largest current orbit, not the average.
