dak:
pgrens cost reduced from 280 to 270.
lowered cost of cmd panzer 4 from 380mp/90f/12pop to 320mp/70f/10pop.
Panzer 3 Population & upkeep cost reduced from 12/1.75 to 10/1.5
250 20mm damage increased to match other 20mm weapons. not sure why it was so low given how squishy and crappy the car is.

Wehr:
Kettenkrad cost reduced from 160 to 125mp
8Rad cost reduced from 320/55 to 260/35

UK:
Grant upkeep changed from 1.75 to 2x
Matilda pop/upkeep changed form 13 & 2x to 12 & 1.75x, cost reduced from 360/90 to 320/80. +0.5 sec reload time added to the gun (from 2.5-2.75 to 3-3.25) so it doesn't fire so fast

US:
Smoke Ability added to chaffee, Requires Vet 1 and 25 munitions. (its a powerful tank and you should pay for your get out of jail free card)
Captain Mortar barrage recharge time reduced from 180 to 90 sec
4x4 jeep now has a barrage ability with a 120 sec recharge but requires the spotter upgrade to be used. (armor reduced slightly to 4/4/2.5)

General:
Snipers target size was originally 1.5 but that was too much. i changed it to 1 and retuned the unit abit but that was too little. so now im trying 1.15 and hopefully it will be "just right".

Generic
- Observation posts/aka resource caches price reduced from 200 to 150, armor changed from 3 to 4 (back to release value sense its so fragile)
- Snipers target size reduced from 1.5 to 1.
- scuttle ability to British emplacements US arty and radio becons. No refund or sound/animation. the tools lock me out of all the stuff i need access to inorder to make those.

US
- Paras now have passive healing when they pick any vet specialization. This was done to help bring them inline with other nations elite infantry and help set them apart from normal rifles.
- halftrack cost changed 240/25, 75mm Halftrack 280/35, Quad Halftrack 280/35
- Bazooka Upgrade from WSC now costs only 20 fuel and 125mp instead of 30 & 150mp.
- SSF commando Rifles & LMG have been improved so they are less crap compared to riflemen. SSF callin cost reduced from 440 to 400mp
- M18 First strike replaced with Ambush cammo ability. Adds Cammo and provides same bonuses. Also armored Reduced from 100/75/50 to 60/40/25 (not sure why it had so much)
- M18 HE Barrage Min range lowered from 15 to 10, Recharge time reduced from 90 to 60, and Cost reduced from 35 to 25

German
- Halftrack cost changed 240/25.
- Stug 3G TD AP ammo range increased from 40 to 45 (Marder by default for example is 50 and has double the pen. so i figured the stug needed something to help it feel alittle bit more desirable without making too big of a change.)
- 221 armored car HP increased from 240 to 320.

British
- Cruiser 57mm gun upgrade cost changed from 45 to 65 munitions, description changed & the penalty to anti infantry effectiveness has been removed. it is now a straight upgrade across the board to the weapon, so their is no reason NOT to take it. The british late game needed help and this was a good way to do it.
- 15 cwt truck cost changed form 240/20 to 220/15.
- Humber cost from 35 to 30 fuel. HP increased from 240 to 320.
- Grant Tech cost lowered again from 150mp/35 fuel to 125mp/25 fuel, build time increased from 30 to 90 seconds (this is a tricky one to balance. on the 1 hand the tank isnt great its slow af and doesnt have alot of armor, on the other its better than the other 2 tanks so its hard to balance)
- Stuart accuracy and AOE reverted to original values from several patches ago. (now that it costs so much more than it use to, it should preform better)
- Stuart Coax and hull MG accuracy improved slightly.
- Guards rifle bazooka Auto attack damage increased from 60 to 80 sense they are an end game super expensive squad. i felt it was justified + bazookas always had terrible damage and that needed fixing. Note that The special ability damage is still set to 60 per rocket sense it always pens and hits no matter what and i already buffed the cast range. thats why i didnt change that, i didnt want to make that too powerful.
- HMG cost reduced from 240 to 220.

General:
Everything that HAD "casemate turning" profile (aka the wonky broken one, has been replaced with "light tank" so it actually moves like a sane unit when given reverse orders)

additional tuning on suppression of flak halftracks and quad (some of the Quads suppression was toned down abit, and some of the flak track was increased back abit).

US and British Suppression on HMG and Bunkers improved significantly. its still weaker than German HMG/Bunker suppression in the AOE department to preserve the flavor/quirk differences. but its an all around buff to badly needed suppression improvement to allies.

Brit:
Sapper cost changed from 220 to 200
British Dingo scout car Front armor changed from 4.5 to 6 given the coordinate infantry ability at vet 1 hopefully this will help balance out the combined arms BS dak gets

M3 Stuart Cost reduced from 45 to 40 fuel
radio net added when you unlock a commander so it can also buff vehicle accuracy by 15% and function as a proper command tank (also requires vet 1 to kick in).

Dak
T1.5 Side tech cost lowered from 40 to 30 fuel.
254 fuel cost lowered from 35 to 25
Kradchutzen reverse move added. (not sure why it doesn't have this) and sight range increased from 35 to 40 like the other light scouts (dingo is like 50 but its the only one)

Medical Truck Health increased back to original 240hp idk why they nerfed this.
Armor lowered to 4/4/3 (why does it have armor?) The armor change applies to all 2.5 ton trucks not just the medical one.

Flak Halftrack and wirbil damage increased from 5 to 10. & 0.5x damage reduction vs buildings removed to be closer to the performance of the quad.50 halftrack which mulches infantry & doesn't suffer this issue, it still has the reduced pen but even with that it has more pen than the quad .50 so it should preform better vs light vehicles buildings and emplacements.

- Falk Halftrack fuel cost lowered from 50 to 40

- Flame panzer 3 cp cost reduced from 4 to 3
- Semovente 75/18 Cost changed from 300/45 8 pop to 280/40 6 pop, barrage recharge time lowered from 45 to 35 seconds and range extended from 50 to 60.
- 13/40 medium tank pop from 8 to 7

(Dak & Ger)
Stug G Cost 300/60 10 pop to 320/50 8pop
Stug 3D cost changed from 280/55 10 pop back to 280/45 8 pop
PanzerGrenadier Kompanie Fuel cost lowered from 50 to 40.
Wirbil cost lowered from 70 to 60 fuel

UK changes pt2: (Continued from Pt1 in the previous change log/post).

- Guard squad added extended range when stationary ability from us bazookas, Inital Spawn cost also reduced from 400 to 360 (reinforce cost was not changed, so bleeding still hurts like before).
staggered shot range increased from 25 to 35. For the price point and time you get this unit. it needed to be better than
it is.
- Grant Fuel cost reduced from 90 to 80, and Grant Tech cost reduced from 50 to 35 fuel, MP cost increased from 125 to 150. (test)
- Matilda pen increased from 55/70/90 to 60/75/90.

& thats it.

Universal changes:
- Special Callin Infantry Squads capped at 3 per player so as not to ruin the game with OP Super cancer squads that cant be killed.
- Sniper cost reduced from 340 to 280, sight range increased from 40 to 45, weapon range decreased from 55 to 45. this increases the risk to the sniper considerably so you must baby sit it more while also lowering the oppressive range advantage.
- Stummel and 75mm GMC halftrack turn profiles changed from "casemate" to "light tank" allowing them to turn better and freakout less.
- Froward Retreat Point upgrade cost changed from 150 to 100 mp & build time from 45 to 30 sec. (it took WAY to long and was WAY to expensive to justify its use for what it did in most games)
- AT Satchel charges & AT Grenades now continue to cast if the target movies out of range during a successful cast.
- HMG/Bunker MG pen updates to be better vs ultra lights.
- All Units that have Recon flares range has been increased from 50 to 60, recharge time reduced from 180 to 120.

DAK
- 250 20mm and mortar halftracks now have 8/6/4 armor making them slightly less death prone to small arms.
- Marder Fuel cost changed from 35 to 45
- 8 Rad fuel cost changed from 55 to 40
- 13/40 tank renamed from Light to Medium tank (which is what it is), fuel cost lowered from 60 to 50.
- L6/40 cost lowered from 70 fuel to 40 (Relic is on drugs), ROF increased sense its a 20mm autocannon & not a semi auto. relic tuning is weird. However armor has been heavily lowered to 30/20/15 & weapon accuracy increased from 0.175/0.15/0.125 to 0.4/0.25/0.175
- Panzer Pioneers spawn cost changed from 200 to 180
- Panzerjager cost changed from 275 to 250
- Panzer grenadier cost changed from 300 to 280
- Bersa sqaud cost increased from 260 to 280.
- Rapid Advance & Emergency rapair kit tech cost both reduced from 325 back down to 250 where they belong.
- Kradshootzen & 250 halftrack MG pen increased slightly to allow them to preform better vs ultra light vehicles.
- 254 Normal Barrage cooldown reduced from 90 to 75, Lock down barrage cool down reduced from 75 to 60 & Range increased from +15 to +25
- dak halftrack group callin recharge time reduced to 4.5 min.
- dak 105 arty cost Reduced from 420 to 380mp
- Reduced Flak Halftrack Suppression strength by 33%, weapon range reduced from 45 to 40 to match wirbil &
quad.50s range so its less oppressive without over nerfing or destroying the unit.
(For context Infantry Range is only 35.)

GER
- added stationary suppression to wirbil like what Dak has, it has been turned to provide 0.02 suppression at a range of 10 using the default gun.
The WP ability suppression is now identical to the Dak Flak truck at 0.04 suppression & 15 range thus providing a heavier wider area suppression. Description edited to indicate this.
- Grenadier to Panzergrenadier/Jager Conversion cost reduced from 180 to 100mp
- Auto Repair Added to KettenKrad
- Pioneer cost increased from 125 to 160, squad size increased from 3 to 4.
- Grenadier Health increased from 80 to 85 per model, a 100 Munition upgrade for a LMG 34 was added to the squad (must be stationary to fire).
- 221 armored car Cost reduced from 35 to 20 fuel, build time from 45 to 40, weapon pen increased to allow better performance vs ultra light vehicles, accuracy/damage increased vs infantry making this a more attractive pick.
- Panzergrenadieers now have the ability to throw AT satchels, & do rudimentary vehicle repairs. Target size increased from 1 to 1.07 to offset the fact that i cant lower their insane veteran target size reductions & make them less overpowered cuz the mod tools are bad & dont let you change anything that matters.
- Stummel barrage range increased from 50 to 60, cool down time changed from 20 to 25 sec.
- Panther maingun accuracy & pen increased so its less pathetic and better fills its Psudo TD role.
- StobTrupen Now have a Breach building ability.

US
- BAR tech no longer requires the side tech before it can be researched.
- chaffee description changed to be an anti everything unit. Pen Changes reverted back to original, and the splash damage from the normal Sherman has been added to the maingun allowing it to preform better vs infantry. Coax and Hull MG accuracy also massively increased for consistent damage to infantry to help justify its new crazy high cost, the Vehicle Detection ability has been made into a passive to better fill its "Scout tank" role.
- Ranger and Paratroopers now have a "Focus Vehicle" ability when they pick up AT weapons.
- Paratroopers now have a suppression ability for their MGs when they upgrade to 2x M1919s.
- 4x4 jeep accuracy increased to be more effective and attractive as a unit & inline with other Ultra Lights, Pen also increased to preform better vs ultra light vehicles.
- Quad .50 halftrack has now been granted a Stationary Suppression ability like the Dak Flak halftrack, range reduced from 45 to 40. (see how you germans like dealing with this suppression cancer for a change, i bet you wont enjoy it) Penetration increased to be better vs ultra light vehicles. Dak still has the Range, Damage, armor and AOE advantage but it also costs more.
- Rifle Squad Health reduced from 100 to 90 per man. BAR and M1G weapon accuracy heavily increased at close range, and moderately increased at medium range to reinforce its use as close to mid range damage dealers. (Pour it on em, suppression also doubled, but even then its still kinda meh) now though if you time it right you might actually beable to suppress 1 unit out of cover.
- Bazooka Squad At Satchel unlocked by default at vet 1, and an Ambush Cammo ability has been added to replace the old veterancy choice.
- Pack howitzer callin cost reduced from 400 to 340mp
- 75mm GMC barrage recharge time lowered from 45 sec to 35 & range increased from 90 to 120 sense they dont have a dedicated artillery unit and is the closest thing they have.
- 105mm howitzer build cost reduced from 400 to 340 (mobile arty are way cheaper than emplacements for some reason)
- M8 Greyhound Cost reduced from 50 to 40 fuel.
- M8 Scott Cost Reduced from 55 to 40 fuel. HE Barrage range increased from 50 to 60, recharge time lowered from 45 to 35. Smoke Barrage range increased from 50 to 60.

UK
- hold the line recharge time reduced from 120 to 90 sec, its an expensive ability that doesnt last very long and only scales when you have lots of emplacements.
- bofors rof increased for added realism & to look better +buff the unit without major changes..
- crusader 40mm aa pen & damage increased so their is less of a disparity between the 40mm emplacement, & to make up for the fact that the emplacement (even after this change) is still significantly better in several areas regarding weapon tuning.
- aussie rifle upgrade 65 munitions instead of 80, initial callin reduced to 280mp squad capped at 3, upkeep & reinforce costs have NOT been changed so try not to bleed.
- dingo Pen reduced by half. im not sure why this unit has such insanely high Pen on its MG, but even with half pen. its still the king of ultra light vehicles for pen.
- Packhowitzer callin cost reduced from 400 to 340mp
- 356mm Battleship barrage AOE increased from 10 to 14 to be slightly larger than the 210mm oberc barrage that italy gets.
- bl 5.5 howitzer build cost reduced from 400 to 340 (mobile arty are way cheaper than emplacements for some reason)
- Stuart maingun pen increased back to old values now that they are more expensive & slower to get.
- Infantry Training Research cost reduced to 150 mp and 25 fuel
- Heavy Mortar callin cost reduced to 15 fuel and 380mp from 20 fuel 440 mp. auto fire Reload time reduced from 6.5 to 4.5 sec & Aimtime from 1 to 0.125
- 15 cmp truck cost reduced to 20 fuel.
- Added Focus Vehicle ability for Tommys if they pick up/upgrade to AT weapons
