Fixed a few small bugs with the US Assault engineers and icons/UI/Description etc

(Weapon range/Barrage range)
Updated the Stummel, M8 Scott, and Semoventee 75/18 SPG to have better range From (40/60 to) (50/75) on their weapons/barrages to make them slightly less shit and make them abit more attractive..
105mm sherman, Centaur range also updated from (35/45) to (40/55). and brumbar from (30/40) to (35/50)
Stubby Stug Range increased from (30 to 45)

chaffee ROF changed from 3.5-4.5s to 4-5s to lower its DPM/Power abit.

Updated mod to be compatible with new Basegame 2.0.5 patch relic put out.
(ignored/undid relics dumb changes and kept the good ones. you know the drill)

Other mod related changes..

German/Dak:
Reduced Elephant CP callins to bring it inline with the new standard for callin tanks.

German:
8Rad CP cost reduced from 2 to 1
Panther CP cost reduced from 7 to 6
Lowered 8Rad crush profile from Medium to Light (not sure why it was so high given its a wheeled vehicle capable of being fouled up) anyway now it matches the other "heavy armored cars crush profile.
Reduced Tiger CP callin's CP cost to bring it inline with the new standard for callin tanks.

UK:
updated Sangar defense to provide the slow debuff when its crushed like barbwire and reinforced wire does.
improved 15 CWT truck AA gun accuracy and damage, slightly, also increased moving accuracy from .25 to .5 to mirror other vehicles (this is a unique vehicle that already has a bad range profile when its moving. this was too aggressive a nerf on relics part imo)
Reduced black prince callin by -1 CP to bring it inline with the new standard.

US:
Added new Infantry defenses upgrade tech to infantry support center. allows rifles to build some basic defenses, and improves engineers existing defenses.
Added Timed Infantry Heal ability to 4x4 Jeep when you unlock the support upgrade. The weasle is a passive Heal/Repair, where as the Jeeps remain timed/activated to make the Weasle more attractive/powerful as a callin unit compared to the jeep.
Added a Lockdown and range extension ability to the 105mm Sherman and repriced it from 380/100 to 360/90 Population changed from 12 to 14.

Reduced E8 callin by -2 Command points
Seek/Destroy as well as M8 Scott unlocks reduced by -1 CP (they took too long to unlock and i already rebalanced the tank previously so the high CP cost is not appropiate for it)
Scott Fuel cost lowered from 45 to 40, and increased the WP barrage range by +10 to match the normal barrage range.
Reduced Pershing command points from 11 to 8 (took to long to unlock and is not comparable to a freaking KT especially after i nerfed its speed and damage)

Improved the pershing auto repair/renamed it to Logistical Surplus.
Level 1 Heals from 0-33%,
Level 2 heals from 0-66%
Level 3 auto heals upto 100%

Small hotfix for the US halftrack vet bug, and, assault halftracks not being able to be deployed if you have a motor pool.

additional compatibility fixes.
my brother got me the DLC so now i can see what was wrong/and fix it.


US:
- perishing cap fixed, NOW it should have the intended ability from before to call in 2 total tanks not 1

UK:
- Piat package cost reduced from 90 to 75
- demolition engineer upgrade cost lowered from 75 to 35 (why is it so high? it doesnt do anything really, its just another one of those pay for the prilviate pay to pay upgrades)

Wer:
- werbil upkeep and population reduced slightly.
- terror gunner suppression ability UI updated to refer to itself as an active/timed ability cuz thats what it is.. relic goofed.
- P gren damage improved by 10% from 5 to 5.5, cost reduced from 360 to 320 (upgrade cost lowered from 100 to 80 to match jagers) and bonus damage taken removed. Wher P grens of today are trash compared to OP-grens on launch.
- Heavy gunner ability cost reduced from 30 to 15 (its not very good)
- Reduced cost of Tank depot (done to fix timing issues).
- Reduced fuel cost of tier 2.5 tech upgrade from 50 to 40 fuel. (done to fix timing issues).

Dak:
- lowered the upgraded offmap cooldowns from 6 min to 4.5min. (tiger, Stugs, pz4 etc)
- dak P gren LMG cost reduced from 100 to 85 munitions
- early warning cool down reduced from 120 to 45sec (why relic? you have to pay for a non perm vision upgrade which isnt even that good.. so why is the CD so long?)
- lowered Panzerschrek upgrade cost from 90 to 50 munitions (its kinda the point of these units no? why so expensive?)
- Fixed missing Build options and upgrades with the new commander
- added the german garrison fortification to dak generic build for the Pgrens and Assault grens so they can stick guys inside it.

Added scuttle ability to Luft emplacements and UK/US emplacements

also
i removed cost from Greyhound canistershell and stug HE toggle (didnt work the way i wanted it to and their is no way to fix it cuz the coh3 tools suck compared to the 1st 2 games)

and scout squad barrage upgrade doesnt work right so i removed it.

I REALLY hate these crappy mod tools. you cant do anything that we could in the 1st 2 games.
to clarify i know how to do everything i want to do, i just cant cuz i dont have access to any of the things i need to actually do it.. THATS why im so frustrated with this game/company.. imagine knowing HOW to fix something but not being allowed to.. it gets under your skin something bad.

fixed several minor bugs.
also fixed Dak Tech requirement issues.

only tuning changes of note is that
- Dak/Wer pz4s have slightly more responsive main-guns cuz their elevator and traverse speed has been improved alittle bit.

- Dak Pgrens have 50% more accuracy at longer range and have had their weapon damage reduced slightly. (they got other changes previously that make them better anyway i couldnt buff their long range without addressing damage. they are still good units though, very good infact)

- The Semovente Assault gun Unlock cost has been lowered from 3 to 2 CP sense it no longer provides the AT functionality (sense thats not what that unit actually is irl and no longer fills that role ingame). (its an assault gun/Light Mobile artillery unit) If Relic wanted them to have a TD they should have given them the Semovente 75/34 or 75/46 not the 75/18. This is a blessing though, cuz now Dak has a light artillery vehicle and can shoot back at american M3 GMC Spammers.

- German Assault Gren package now gives Grens 6 MP40s instead of 3.

German
- Default pz4 Front and side armor increased slightly to be alittle superior to the sherman to help justify its higher cost and population
- panther MP cost reduced from 550 to 500, fuel cost increased from 100 to 120, (added vet 1 Armored Spearhead ability that reduces frontal damage by 25%) also increased its effectiveness vs infantry slightly on the maingun. its still worse than a panzer4 but alteast its not useless now.
- renamed panther from heavy tank to Advanced Medium tank, as that is what it actually is. also changed speech code to remove reference to heavy tanks. (its nothing more than an OCD change)
- king tiger range increased from 40 to 45.

US
- 76 sherman backend upkeep value increased from 1.75 to 2 to help discourage excessive 76 spam
- 76mm upgrade now reduces effectiveness vs infantry for realisms sake, as well as game balance, after all why build 105 shermans? when you can just spam cheaper and more effective 76s that are anti-everything? 76 Sherman's are still much much better vs armor than 75 Sherman's are, but 75 Sherman are better vs infantry.
- E8 splash damage vs infantry is retained to set it apart as a more expensive vehicle. however other 76 Sherman's are less effective now. (TLDR its a long way of saying the above change doesn't apply to the E8)
- Added "Advanced" to the chaffee light tanks name sense that is what it is. (another small OCD change)
- 75mm sherman and Chaffee guns "near" pen lowered from 180 to 160 (default is only 140 and i will not be making it that low) change done to encourage use of TDs or 76 upgrades.

Updated mod to work with changes in 1.9 and 2.0

Dak:
-Panzer 3 family, Stugs family and Pz4 family all given the ability to upgrade side skirt armor giving +80 hp and +20 % side armor.
-Mortar carrier upgrade cost reduced from 75 to 60 munitions.
- LMG damage increased
- bersa breda 30 LMG now grants 2 guns instead of 1. they are similar to bars anyway and unlike default my bersas are properly priced.
- Semovente Assault Gun has been reworked and is no longer a light TD, it retains its Heat ability, but outside of that it is now the dedicated HE throwing anti-infantry support unit that it frankly was always suppose to be. In addition Its barrage range has been extended from 50 to 75 range and the recharge time reduced from 45 to 30 seconds. If relic wanted an Italian TD, then this was the LAST version of the semovente they should have added cuz it is NOT a TD, its technically a mobile field howitzer/artillery unit with direct fire capability, and thats what it is now.
- Too many generic base game comparability upgrades to list.

Germany:
- Luftwaffee rally point now has a retreat point upgrade that can be purchased and activated.
- Convert grenadier to Jager cost lowered from 100 to 80mp
- Luft 20mm AA position unlock requirements changed to include getting infantry officer quarters allowing for a slightly earlier build and unlock.
- Luft 20mm AA and 88mm AA/AT position given Vet 1 Brace and Vet 2 passive repair abilities to make them less junk.
- King Tiger front armor increased from 440 to 500, and rear armor changed from 80 to 120. given a vet 2 travel speed ability to let it move slightly faster out of combat.
- Stug 3G Hull down replaced with Focus sight allowing it to see infornt of it better at the cost of speed and peripheral vision.
- Stug 3G Point blank blast ability changed to a Paid-for HE round Toggle that changes its ammo making the stug a powerful and versatile mid game unit..
- increased the suppression aoe of the Flak 20mm team weapon and its aoe damage to be more competitive as a heavy weapon.
- Too many generic base game comparability upgrades to list.

UK:
- Crusader AA fuel cost lowered from 70 to 60 to match German Werbil wind.
- Bren LMG accuracy nerfed at all ranges, but upgrade gives them a 2nd gun. again these are the UKs version of bars not belt fed LMGs, they should not be unicorn guns.
- Uk .30 cal HMG suppression greatly strengthened but aoe cone reduced to set it apart from the german HMG. Hopefully this will provide useful suppression while allowing the MG42 to be a nique wide area suppression weapon without the need to make the US/UK LMG useless.
- Too many generic base game comparability upgrades to list.

US:
- Pershing now has a unit cap of 2 to offset the fact that Germans can get a tiger AND elephant, or a swarm of panthers. or that the UK can have unlimited Churchills.
- Pershing Speed & Accleration Reduced heavily to more sane levels, it is still the fastest and most agile of the heavy tanks though even compared to the panther, now it also passively repairs critical when out of combat. Front armor increased from 300 to 400, rear armor reduced from 90 to 60.
- m5 76mm gun can now move but extremely slowly. also gains an entrenchment ability making it more useful and keeping in theme with it being a heavy gun.
- 4x4 jeep recon ability now matches the range of the german armored cars recon.
- Chaffee and M8 greyhound veteran abilities reworked.
- US infantry has had their HP lowered across the board, Rifles 90hp instead of 100, Rangers 105 hp instead of 115, SSF stay at 105 hp, Paratroopers lowered from 110 to 100 and updated with new abilities from the base game.
This was done because it is too easy for US infantry to blob up and abuse their cheap cost and huge HP pools.
- M4 sherman Population increased from 12 to 14, E8 sherman population increased from 14 to 16 to help reduce Spam by increasing upkeep and reduce total tanks deployed on the field.
- M3 75mm GMC and M16 MGMC no longer require the MSC to be produced and can be built from the Motor pool, the MSC will still unlock its normal abilities and allow the M3s to be upgraded for munitions which is still something you cant do with it it.
- Motorpool no longer requires side tech to unlock granting access to the AT gun and M3 75mm and M16 MGMC halftracks. M8 and M24 still require side tech to be unlocked however.
- US .30 cal HMG suppression greatly strengthened but aoe cone reduced to set it apart from the german HMG. Hopefully this will provide useful suppression while allowing the MG42 to be a nique wide area suppression weapon without the need to make the US/UK LMG useless.

PS: I might need to do 1 or 2 more small hotfixes in a few days, we will see if its needed or not.
But ive worked on this for nearly 2 weeks now and im burned out on it, not to mention frustrated with the lack of mod-ability of the game, and that i cant make custom upgrades or abilities like we use to in previous titles.

lowered Dark 1st building cost from 35 to 25 fuel,
lowered 8 Rad Pop/upkeep from 8 to 7
lowered P jager Pop/upkeep from 8 yo 7 to match bazooka squad
Dak Assault Gren MP40 damage increased from 3 to 4 (aka 1.33% cuz god did it need it) now its on par ish with other close range squads and the other wher MP40 grens. granted Wher grens still have more models and thus more damage. but this should help the under preforming dak either way.
Dak Tank depot fuel cost changed from 100 to 120

Flak Halftrack and wirbilwind damage vs infantry reduced from 8 to 6 damage to be closer to default values, they simply kill too fast and too hard. (the other damage buffs for the units weapons remain vs buildings and vehicles sense they need to keep up with the quad .50 damage output.

Combat halftracks and Advanced repair cost reduced from 150 to 125 mp.

Bazooka damage vs infantry has been reduced by 50% because they were over preforming in the mod. Aoe Radius also lowered from 3 to 2, damage falloff range adjusted accordingly.

thats all the balance and tuning from me for awhile, hopefully the update coming doesn't mess up too much stuff.. but im gonna go play as much broken arrow as i can while i can.

removed sideskirt upgrade on jeep. that was something i was testing and not suppose to be in, sorry i forgot about it.

Chaffee no longer spawns with target vehicles enabled by default. This is very useful sense it is no longer anti-armor only, and is now an Omni-Light tank.

removed bazooka upgrade from Weapon Support Center (made US Bazookas just have the extra damage by default sense they have 1 job only and are worse in every other way than a schrek. relic never should have made this an upgrade.

M18 scatter angles and accuracy updated so its not as terrible at its one and only job and misses less.

Veteran WP Ammo can now be targeted on moving units, as well as buildings, infantry and teamweapons and not just vehicles.
