BUGIFXES
-Fixed Ti dying at the start of the match on certain custom stages... maybe.

GENERAL
-Collecting King Ti no longer occurs when Platina is in hitstun.
-Shrunk detection radius on King Ti being collected when inactive.
-Adjusted custom hit SFX so there's more variance
-King Ti now goes towards the stage if placed offstage. I wanted a manual recall but that's hard to code at this point.

REWORK INFORMATION:
-When Ti is out, Ti is no longer recalled by using USPECIAL. Instead, he lingers on the stage when NSPECIAL is pressed, with Platina being fully controllable afterwards. Press NSPECIAL again to switch back to Ti.
-Running into Ti recalls him as normal.
-When in the inactive state, Ti takes double damage.
-Knocking Ti out of Platina during her specials causes him to linger until being picked up again.

-Ti himself gets new attacks:
-An USPECIAL. Ti rises up with a slash and falls fast, creating an explosion on impact with the ground.
-A new FSPECIAL. Matches Queen Platina's FSPECIAL in concept, but hits both sides. Doing this into Queen Platina continues the attack and recalls Ti.
-A new DSPECIAL. Matches Queen Platina's DSPECIAL. As an added feature, Ti will spit the projectile if Platina uses DSpecial while he is out.

-Adjusted hitbox size
-When the zombie projectile whiffs, a smaller explosion now appears. This is to make it clear that the explosion has no hitbox.

NSpecial
-Summoning Ti and not pressing a direction has him stay in place.
-Summon Startup (12 > 6)
-Recall Endlag (14 > 6)

FSpecial (both versions)
Endlag (24 > 32)
Cooldown (0 > 30)
Starting it from the ground and going into the air also puts Platina in pratfall.
Multihit active time reduced by 12 frames

USpecial (Enhanced)
-Added an intitial hit

USpecial (Unenhanced)
-Redid initial hit hitboxes' knockback to make it easier to do "the elevator"

DSpecial
-Can now be remotely done if Ti is out.
-Removed the "heal" when hitting King Ti

KING TI
General
-Recall moved to NSPECIAL.
-Added an actual USPECIAL.
-Replaced FSPECIAL and DSPECIAL. Original versions are available as runes.
-Specials also account for self "damage", same as normals.
