-Fixed America Inviting India to the CFS not firing the correct event
-Changed the triggers for the Japanese scripted peace deal with the allies. It now only requires Japan to beat China and be at war with the US. Alternatively, if America is at war with Germany when you complete the Treaty of Cologne Japan can also get it that way
