Removed pet food fix as I believe this has been fixed in the base game (ignore now works on stacks in multiplayer)

- AI set to "Fight Intruders" and combat in general should no longer attack anyone with handcuffs, including while operating a turret
- AI set to "Cleanup Items" will no longer pick up items that have any petfood tag (saline, blood, etc.) when said item is dropped close to a pet
