Island Adventures just released a massive update, overhauling some things, so this small update aims to keep our compatibility working!

- Added alternate ingredients for Frosted Gingerbread Bricks and Berry Gingerbread Bricks for ingredients unobtainable in Shipwrecked
- Implemented new IA Core system for alternate ingredients based on the current world you're in
