Minor update, added hurtbox to Flare Blitz, thats about it. Also, I got the bug of Flare Blitz once where he takes like 100% instead of the usual 10%, but I couldn't make it happen again, so it doesn't seem to occur on a regular basis, hopefully it won't.

Hurtbox update!
I went and changed all of his hurtboxes to make them not stupid. I also went ahead and added some character select details that tell you the origin of each costume.

The patch includes reworkings for all of Charizard's moves and stats to make him less broken and more competitively viable.

Fixes: Charizard attacks have been toned down, he was a bit too strong. His movement speed was lowered as well, considering he's a heavyweight. The hitboxes of Neutral Special and Up Strong have been tweaked as well.
