made some item recipes more readable (mainly sealed containers and STANAG)
reverted RZ exo animations to vanilla until i try my hand at a better one that does not feel jank

-added the commented out exosuit and gave it proper stats, to compensate for the insane fire rate of the outpost enemies (it probably still wont do much in neurotrauma)
