Quality of Life Updates Batch 2
- Lowered the file size from 11 MB -> 5.31 MB by compressing the music files.
- Added Mii cameos to the background, which will cheer on players taunting or losing a stock.
- Aether Mode now has ice physics on the ground.
- Updated Aether Mode's background with an ice section.
- Added QUA Mario compat.
- Updated thumb_big and preview to reflect changes.
