Added out of bounds around cannon on hole 18 and between 17 and 18 as well as an out of bounds cover on 15.

Hole 4: Added warning light that turns on just before rock crushers drop and turns off when they raise. Lit forward path and 'easy' shortcut more. Moved 'easy' shortcut arrow to be more obvious.

Tilted the drop holes by the riverside cannons to prevent the ball stalling there. Added a lamp above the cannons.

Added lighting around Gyser basin, hat store and riverside.

Added lighting to the townscape as it is possible that it will be night when players arrive here due to the game not pausing time while waiting for play to start.
