Added and adjusted lighting. Fixed day/night cycle to dawn having played on Linux and found that the map was too dark.

Hole 3: added missing wall. Hole 5: added missing out of bounds and fixed landscape hole

Hole 4: Modified exit from hopper to remove up ramp. Moved support beams at the start so they no-longer snag camera. Lit shortcut holes more.

Hole 11: Fixed rare issue where ball fell short of second geyser. Added light for hole sign.

Added direction arrows and more lighting on hole 13.

Added glow to text of bridge out sign, raised wall at back of general store.

Raised height of walls at start of hole 2. Added Bridge Out sign on 3, just before lava jump. Removed debug counter on 4. Changed hole to dipped on 5.

Hole 8: Added more lights around fareway. Hole 9: Changed track to drum platform to prevent a rare situation where the ball gets stuck. Hole 12: Raised jail roof to prevent ball on hole in 1 passing through it. Increased heights of back fareway walls.
