- Fixed dds icon not being loaded on older versions < 1.6

- Widget icon alignment issues finally fixed

- Pressing cancel on the settlement name dialog after create new faction will now remove the settlement.

- (1.6 only) Added (rebindable) keyboard shortcuts for "create new settlement" as well as "Create settlement for previous faction"

- Changed FC icon to dds which should reduce the chance of mis-aligning the icons as well as not compressing the icon, making it appear less blurry.
