**Revamp Vanilla**
- Fixed RE: Silur Construction being off balanced
- Stone, clay etc can be built on Silur Core as intended (potentially breaks current wood bases on core, its officials intent that wood cant go on the core anymore. This isn't really fixable without possibly breaking all wood bases)
- Shrunk Silur Core building area back to official size
- Stone, clay etc can be build on Balang Core as intended (same disclaimer as above)
- Starch Cement should now be learnable and Craftable
- Trae Station packs all walkers (needs tested in server)
