- -10% on upkeep and cost for Tanks
- Subtle increase on turret turn speed on turrets and tanks
- Subtle increase on movement speed on tanks to reduce jankiness
- Changed Melee stats for the Tanks to reflect added melee attack
- Adjust Troop Carrier from 40 to 60
