Accidentally left a CASDIVE parameter on the normal CAS script in PlaneLoadouts. Removed that.

Fixed Vehicles Not Showing up in Arms Dealer. (Hopefully)

Some of the vehicles werent showing up on my save, yet I had other vehicles in their category available to me. Mightve just had to wait until the Arms Dealer to reset his store but IDK.

Added support for the CDF F-16 Firewill Retexture. Plane will show up as CAS and CAP.
Added F-16 to Arms Dealer.
Changed what Magazines the Policed have for the Saiga 12K. Instead of Only Buckshot they also have Slugs.

Forgot to add NVGs to Units. They now have NVGs.
