fixes

UPDATE 1.0
Map has got finishing touches as well as some layout tweaking.

-new cover pic

-more lights for the site
-increased certain wall height to create more angles
-bloom adjustments

-increased lightmap res

-fixed T spawn buyzone

-layout changes for general balance

-fixed VIS problem
-added a crate near site
-replaced a big crate from near site with coffins
-added more lights to site

-made the lighting less yellow
-added clip textures in places where player was not supposed to be
-some layout changes
-minor visual upgrades to the site and the surrounding area, including an angel statue near site (it's pretty)
