- Decreased the price of Nose Powder from 10 to 8.
- Occult Chips now applies a flat 3 Wild Card instead of 1-3.

- Medical License now increases healing by 75% and decreases healing by 25%.
- Neil now always rerolls enemy's status effects into negative ones, and party member's into positives.
