  • Heavy Floater weapon damage nerfed by 2.
  • Reduced duration further on some of the harshest DEs (the "no explosives" one, etc)
  • Reduced penalty values on many others.
  • Localization updates for the adjusted DEs so they don't show as active for way longer than they actually are.

  • Balance pass on basically all the dark events from Gameplay Mutators. Reduced penalties, standardized duration to between 21 and 28 days, added config for new DEs that Reshi added since the last update.
  • Disabled the Grand Breakthrough DE (instantly fills the avatar progress bar) until I figure out a better more interactive way to do something with it.
  • Nerfed the HP of all Gunships by around 10-15% or so since they can spawn in normal GOPs, and removed the flanking aim bonus that the tier 2-4 variants still had.
  • Nerfed the mobility of the Andromelid Shell from 20 to 15.

Some more balance changes,

  • Legate changes:
  • Legate armor/HP changes removed, so they are back to vanilla values. on Legend, this means 72 HP -> 60 HP and 5 armor -> 8 armor
  • Legate base crit chance reduced to 10/10/15/15% for rookie/veteran/commander/legend, and loses all flanking aim bonus.
  • Legate weapon damage reduced by 1 and base crit damage reduced by 4, since they have the ability that grants them extra crit chance and crit damage as they lose health.
  • Legates lose "All For Her Cause" ability (the AOE buff that makes other units immune to death until the Legate dies)

  • Navigators all lose 15 psi offense for all tiers/difficulties
  • Muton Elue has defense reduced to 10/10/15/20 and aim reduced by 10 at all difficulties, loses 2 damage on its weapon.

  • Adjusted the reward soldier rank curves a bit, so higher ranks will be available from missions/black market a bit sooner.
