Added new console commands:

ForceLightingMap: Enter this command along with the lighting map filename to force it to appear upon loading a tactical save.

Example use:

ForceLightingMap EnvLighting_StarryNight

RevertLighting: Reverts the changes imposed by the command above.

- The ShowActiveLightingMap command will now show the correct lighting map name in Avenger (strategy) as well.

- Added extra info about specific map names.
