Release Hotfix #2

• Changed HornBlower's head wing and DullahanMaid's eye materials to use the $translucent parameter instead of $alphatest, making them look way smoother at their edges.

^This can't be applied to all other materials with alphas since it causes layering problems.

• Fixed ThunderHand not being properly centered with its RootTransform point.
