update credit notes in XML. If you wish to use IOV assets, you may look up who the original author is.

- Removed the Blackhawk vest and CIRAS vest from the Retro Delta OTC operators, replacing them with historically accurate options: AWS Assault Vest, AWS DA Vest, Low-Visibility Vest, and Paraclete HPV. Added RBR S4 helmet and MICH 2002 helmet.
- Added the Scorpion EVO III SMG to AIM, along with the newest viral sensation 09-P (Only female members may use it, may be removed in the next update).

- 删除了老学校三角洲的OTC队员的黑鹰背心和CIRAS背心，替换成更符合史实的AWS突击背心、AWS DA背心、低可视度背心和圣灵背心。增加了RBR S4头盔和MICH 2002头盔。
- AIM增加蝎式EVO III冲锋枪，和最新的网红枪09-P（只可用于女性成员，可能下个版本就会删除）
- 修复BUG
