Further Metal texture fixes

Corrected some belt textures from a overwrite

C_Hands for all models has now been added

Added an option for the Medic playermodel to have a white hat, under the SKINs section.

Added shin guards to most models that look like they should have them bar the Scout, Pilot and Light trooper.

Corrected some old texture paths, that were still drawing from my old Army Troopers Pack.

Updated;

- Female Head models adjusted a little to fit better, though they are different in size so not everything can work.
- Pilot Model now has a bunch of helmet art, and the standard tie helmet, also added a reflective black visor, and a way to show rank on the chestpiece.

FIXED;

- Engineer's soft cap weight painting has been fixed.

- Warrant Officer rank insignias are now correctly textures

- Alternate Medic helmet has been removed (maybe I'll add it later)

- Missing texture under the closed scout helmet has been fixed.

- Female Head "Marie" texture should be fixed.

ONGOING ISSUES;

- The female heads are too small.
- Some model clipping.
