totally ruined everything

ACTUAL change notes??????
-crosshair
-annoying red glint (laggy af)
-shotgun buff/nerf whatever
-time to ADS reduced
-awp clip size 4 -> 5
-port-a-mortar changed to GGL, is now gold, clip size 8 -> 4
-red x hit markers
-spawn protection shield is blue now (not yellow)
