Changed Postal Dudes faction to the Enviorment one, so he can be accesed as an hireling

Made both the Dudes have sprint fire and made them have better AI, hopefully this hopeful to ya'll who use him as an hireling in arean :)

ADDED POSTAL 1 DUDE TO THE MODddd. He has the voice lines from the original Postal 1 and the design from redux. Just a reskin of Postal Dude Jr as he has the same stats and attributes

Made his voice lines a tad be quieter

Added custom voice lines for the Dude (the voice lines from Postal 2), and buffed him a small amout

Updated his design to look more canon
