Hardcoded Wrastor to be able to cancel his aerials into strongs

added (hopefully) more compatibility to workshop characters that use extra attacks for their normals and strongs
- Made UThrow, FThrow, and DThrow attacks count as tilts
- Made UStrong_2, FStrong_2, and DStrong_2 attacks count as strongs
