Bug fix

rRadio v1.1.1
- Stations are now much more audible when inside a noisy vehicle* (not played with 3D sound whilst you're inside the vehicle).
- Server-side configuration via convars (use radio_help for info).
- Animation played when entering a vehicle.
- Better compatibility for vehicle frameworks, all frameworks should now be compatible without specific implementation or handling.
- Favourite Stations menu item in the country selection menu.
- Reduced file count (without removing stations this time).
- Bug fixes.

Next Update:
- Better conditional loading (don't load stations if not in audio range - the current system just sets a maximum that any one client can connect to).

* The volume of a station will still depend on how loud the stream itself is. They aren't normalized and its impossible to go beyond 100% volume.

Hotfix:
Support for more vehicle addons

Hotfix & Minor Changes:
- Update the boombox HUD
- Add IsTyping check for opening the radio menu
- Reduced file size of model textures

Re-add v1.2.2

Temporarily revert update, I broke something.

Version 1.2.2:
- Added a settings menu within the radio menu.
- Replaced PermaProps support with a custom persistence system: Settings -> Make Boombox Permanent.
- A few other updates to the UI, including new effects.

Small QoL Update to fix a few things I now realise are stupid:
- Significantly reduced addon size (12MB to 3MB).
- Added boombox model and materials to server resources.
- Compressed all station data into 30 files (Each capped at 64KB, to ensure out-of-the-box compatibility for all servers).
- Update the boombox hover text to be a bit less ugly.
