Fix a bug that allowed each seat in a car to have its own stream. Each vehicle now controls a single stream.

Bug Fix:
Entity (boombox) ownership has been fixed. Previously, the owner was not being correctly set and so didn't support being spawned or purchased by a non-superadmin.
