Changed IMGUI window ID to start from 106 instead of 0 to avoid colliding with other mods, IMGUI window IDs are now being documented in the modding server to avoid collisions

Was Cheeses' AI Debug Mod, now split into Cheeses' Debug Mod and Cheeses' AI Debug Mod. The AI windows broke with the EWAR update, and I haven't fixed them yet, so they are privated for now.
