- Updated to Stellaris 4.0

Bugfixes:

- Fixed some issues created by the 4.0 update
- Fixed a variety of minor errors to help clean up the error log
- Fixed issue with the F9TZ texture
- Added missing Normal and Specular textures for the Pirate Headquarters
- Fixed engine exhaust particle breaking while the Juggernaut (Nemesis Super Star Destroyer) is moving

Other Changes:

- Applied this set's habitat models to the newly added deep space citadel as placeholder models
