Fixed missing "Close Vectrex Light Pen box" recipe. Vectrex Light Pen Box (Opened) can now be closed when player has Art Master Cartridge and Light Pen

Added "Dusty Vectrex Game box" item. Can be dusted off and opened to receive a Vectrex game (95% chance), its matching overlay (80% chance), and possibly a second, unrelated overlay (20% chance). Found in pawn shops.

Additionally, added compatibility for "Item Stories" - dummy items used for distribution purposes now are identical to the "Dusty Vectrex Game box" - so if "Item Stories" spawns a dummy item by accident, it can still be used to receive a Vectrex game and overlay(s).
