Reverted... the last update was meant for 0.20 of the game

Fixed an issue that could result in a towed object disappearing when breaking the tow. If the object is still color shifted it means it is still off grid. Tow again to a suitable spot and then after breaking the tow the color should revert to its original coloring if the new spot is valid.

Removed dependency on ship reprocessing since that is no longer a thing and replaced the recipe for tow bots
