-Reverted to previous version as that completly broke quick revivie

-Dead teammates can only be brought back wiih quick revive now.
This fixes a bug where if they come back via you completing a room the quick revive waypoints never get deleted

the gate at the end of level 10 might open now... can't confirm as i never had the problem I just took a guess in the scripts.

-Placed more camera tripods
-build a container/diorama around the mini pack-a-punch in level 9 because people thought you could stick your guns inside an under-aged machine

-Added the ability to disable/enable cut-scenes

-Added a clip to a widow the player could jump through to get outside the map
-Improved the traversals for apothicon furys in level 4

-Fixed a Wall buy bug
