MCC Update

Updated to latest game version

Implemented a fix for frag grenades to now have a glow like the older games.
Credit to Kashiiera for fixing this 17 year old bug.

Changed player 4's variant to match other players.

Changed marine vitality settings to allow them to regenerate back to full health instead of 25 percent.(ODSTs already have this.)
Changed female marine health from 50 to 100 to make it equal to male marines. (ok bungie?)
This should allow marines to be able to stay alive more on higher difficulties.

Changed powerdrain damage so it doesn't instant kill on higher difficulties.(Thanks again to Auswirkyan for helping me.)

Added a missing period in a rally point (whoops)
Added the ability to ride on the back of transport hogs and on the sides of scorpions. (Thank you to Auswirkyan in the halo mods discord for helping me.)

Fixed mission thumbnails and added new (way better) workshop thumbnail.
